Patient Information

In an Emergency eg collapse, Chest pain or Severe Breathlessness call 999 for an ambulance.

If you need medical advice Out of Hours (ie when your surgery is closed), please call 03000 333 333 

Your details will be taken by a call handler and if your condition requires the need for out of hours care you will be passed either to a Doctor or a Nurse for assessment of your problem. 

You may receive advice or be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre for a consultation. If it is thought appropriate, a visit from a doctor will be organised.
